A cab driver was thrown into the air and critically injured early Monday in a Brooklyn hit-and-run.
The unidentified cabbie, who was not within the crosswalk, seems to attempt to block a pink Mazda Hatchback because it slams into his legs on Roebling St. close to S. Ninth St. in Williamsburg at eight:36 a.m., video surveillance from a retailer throughout the road exhibits.
The person’s physique flies into the air after being hit head-on by the automotive, based on the video.
The driving force of the car fled the scene, police stated.
The cabbie — who police stated is in his 40s — appeared to endure a critical head wound, in response to witness Papo Rivera. He was taken to Bellevue hospital with crucial accidents, however police stated they don’t seem life-threatening.
