Texas church shooter Devin Kelley escaped from a psychological well being facility in New Mexico and had made “dying threats” towards his army superiors, in line with a report.
Kelley was picked up by police at a bus terminal in El Paso on June 7, 2012, after escaping from Peak Behavioral Well being Providers in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, KPRC Houston reported.
A witness on the bus terminal informed two cops that Kelley, then 21, had “suffered from psychological issues and had plans to run from Peak Behavioral Well being Providers,” in accordance with a police report.
Kelley “was trying to hold out demise threats” he’d made towards his army bosses, the witness added.
He was additionally described as being “a hazard to himself and others” as a result of “he had already been caught sneaking firearms onto Holloman Air Drive base,” the police report states.
Kelley didn’t threaten the cops once they picked him up, the report says.
