Man who killed his mom ‘too dangerous’ to leave max-security mental facility

The previous Fordham College scholar who beat his mom to demise throughout an epileptic seizure ought to stay in a most-safety psychological facility, a psychologist testified in a Manhattan courtroom on Thursday.

Henry Wachtel, 24, was permitted to plead not responsible by purpose of psychological defect for killing his mom — La Guardia HS instructor Karyn Kay — on April 10, 2012.
