Man wanted in fatal Cleveland shooting in November captured, court records show

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Authorities have captured a person needed within the capturing demise of one other man in Cleveland’s Kamm’s Nook neighborhood final yr, courtroom data present.  

Melvin Jones, 26, was arrested Friday and is at present within the Cuyahoga County Jail, in line with Cuyahoga County Widespread Pleas courtroom data. 

Jones is charged with homicide, aggravated theft, trafficking and 6 different offenses within the November slaying of Desean Perkins at a house in the 18000 block of Parkmount Avenue, west of Rocky River Drive.

A Cuyahoga County grand jury indicted Jones on the fees in December and was named the U.S. Marshals’ Fugitive of the Week. 

Michael Patterson, 29, Kelvin Harrell, 21, Rebecca Perchinksi, 20, and Anton Perkins, 25 are all charged with aggravated homicide within the Nov. 26 incident.

A courtroom look for Jones has not but been set. No lawyer info was listed for Jones.
