NORWALK, Conn. — A Connecticut man has been charged after police say he shot himself within the leg together with his personal gun whereas in a crowded movie show.
The Hour studies that fifty one-yr-previous Theo Theomopoulos of Shelton turned himself in to police Thursday for the Sept. eight capturing on the Bow Tie Royale theater in Norwalk.
He’s charged with illegal discharge of a firearm, second-diploma reckless endangerment and breach of peace.
Police say they have been referred to as to the theater at eleven:10 p.m. after the capturing. Theomopoulos advised them he was watching the film when he by chance pulled the set off and shot himself within the leg.
He had a legitimate allow for a 9 mm handgun. Police seized the weapon.
Theomopoulos was scheduled to be arraigned later Thursday in Norwalk Superior Courtroom.
