Man attacked, beaten at bus stop in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) –

A person crushed at a bus cease in Kansas Metropolis is sharing his story in hopes the individual accountable is caught.

Stan Cosgrove says a person confronted him at a bus cease off North Oak Trafficway Monday round 5:30 p.m. and demanded his pockets and diamond ring.

The encounter left him bloody and significantly harm. 

“Arduous blows to the again of the top, principally to my nostril and eyes,” Cosgrove stated. “I simply rotated and tried to get away.”

On Tuesday, he spent hours at an area hospital, present process checks to ensure he didn’t have any damaged bones.   

He went into a close-by liquor retailer for assist and an worker referred to as 911.

Cosgrove says the person who beat him is probably going 19 or 20 years of age and was sporting a blue hoodie. 

Police are investigating.
