NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – Cleveland County Assistant District Lawyer Susan Caswell introduced 4 aggravating elements for the jury to think about throughout closing arguments: prior violent felonies, being a menace to society, whether or not the crime was heinous or merciless and whether or not there have been different individuals at grave danger of dying.
