Indiana couple arrested after child kept in cage


HUNTINGBURG, Ind., (WFIE) — An Indiana couple is accused of repeatedly locking a toddler in what authorities referred to as a “closet cage.”

Huntingburg dentist Dr. Alan Friz and his spouse Aimee have been arrested after deputies responded to a name reporting an unruly baby at their house.

The responding deputies talked to the juvenile after which requested help from the youngsters providers. After the social staff talked to the juvenile, the sheriff’s workplace says a search warrant for the house was granted.

In the course of the search, a closet space of a bed room was discovered to have been transformed right into a lockable cage the place the kid was stored for prolonged durations of time.
