WOODLAND — A Woodland man has pleaded no contest to 3 costs referring to the dying of his toddler son.
Frank Rees pleaded no contest to felony abusing or endangering the well being of a kid, involuntary manslaughter and administering a managed substance to the child’s mom, Samantha Inexperienced.
Rees and Greens’ son, Justice, died in 2015 after he was deserted in a slough in Knights Touchdown. Inexperienced was excessive on methamphetamine.
Inexperienced was convicted of second-diploma homicide in September 2016.
As a part of a plea deal, Rees agreed to serve six years in jail.
