Fayetteville police hoping for tips to solve cold case


FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) —

Fayetteville police are asking for the general public’s assist to unravel a chilly case homicide.

On November 20, 2005, Creg Johnson was discovered shot to dying within the Line Up barber store on Yadkin Street.

Monday, detectives joined members of Johnson’s household to distribute flyers alongside Yadkin Street Hall and surrounding areas.

A $10,000 reward if being provided for ideas resulting in an arrest.
