CLEVELAND, Ohio — A concrete block being faraway from the surface of a Cleveland State College constructing being constructed slipped from an aerial carry and killed a fifty six-yr-previous development employee, police studies say.
Joseph Matulis, fifty six, of Akron died after the piece of concrete fell from the carry and onto his head, in accordance with police reviews.
