Cabbie stabbed during fit of apparent road rage in Queens

A Queens yellow cab driver was stabbed within the leg on the Lengthy Island Expressway throughout an obvious street rage incident Friday morning, police stated.

First responders have been referred to as to the expressway close to the Maurice Ave. exit in Maspeth about eight:30 a.m. after the cabbie’s brother, who was driving with him, referred to as 911 and stated his sibling had been stabbed.

When medics arrived, the 24-yr-previous cabbie had a small puncture wound to the best leg. He refused medical consideration.

A person in his 40s in a gray Honda Pilot SUV was seen fleeing the scene, police stated. No arrests have been made.
